EXAMINATION LATEST NEWS

The Inspectors have completed and submitted their Report which has been published by the Council on their website.​ The submission of the Report concludes the Examination process.

The Examination website will remain open until the Plan has been adopted and any challenge period has elapsed, thereafter the page will be removed.

THE INSPECTORS

Planning Inspectors G Davies BSc (Hons) DipTP MRTPI and W Cooper BA (Hons) MA CMLI  were appointed to undertake an independent examination into the soundness and legal compliance of the Uttlesford Local Plan.

EVIDENCE BASE DOCUMENTS

In preparing the Plan, the Council both refer to and were informed by a number of documents that together form the 'Evidence Base' for the Examination.
